    Find a career making a difference in the lives of people in the Bay Area. Since 1974, Richmond Area Multi-Services (RAMS) has been providing and advocating for mental health and wellness services that are centered in clients, community and culture. Historically serving Asian and Pacific Islander Americans populations, today RAMS supports those who have the least resources and opportunities to achieve their highest potential by providing integrated services that include counseling, job training, capacity building for partner organizations and advanced training of mental health professionals.

  • FEATURED PROGRAMS

  • CAAP Counseling & Pre-Vocational Services:

    CAAP is the embodiment of community work. Provides short-term services including rapid biopsychosocial assessments as well as short term counseling for up to 4 months with single adults without dependent children. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Clinicians with at least a Masters-level degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a similar mental health related field. Candidates with Bachelor-level degrees in those fields with at least 1 year of experience will be considered.
  • Broderick St. Adult Residential Facility:

    Provides permanent housing and 24-hour care to 33 individuals impacted by both mental and physical illness. Our broad range of services include medical and mental health support, culturally diverse meals, daily recreational activities, transportation and assistance to medical appointments, holiday/culture and birthday celebrations, music performances, community outings like concerts and parks, and many other activities to enhance the live of our residents. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Clinical Manager (LMFT/LCSW) with valid clinical license; Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with valid NP license.
  • Transitional Age Youth Empowerment:

    The Transitional Age Youth (TAY) programs provide youth with a diverse range of skills that are integral to enhancing their job readiness. Our program includes  intensive career counseling, vocational training, and coaching. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Vocational Specialist  and System of Care Advisory Board Coordinator with experience in working with transitional age youth programs
  • RAMS Clinical Services

    RAMS provides culturally responsive clinical mental/behavioral health services across all life stages.  Through our community-centered approach to mental/behavioral health care, we are able to serve diverse populations in San Francisco. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Clinicians (preferably bilingual) with at least a Masters-level degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a similar mental health related field.
